Young tall Guy who was a "manager" inside refused and stated that "the systems are all closed" BS. I had to get my vehicle towed. Terrible customer service. Don't go here, the staff is rude and condescending. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I would rather drive to an auto parts store in a different state, hours away, then deal with the unhelpful and rude employees that work at Advanced Auto Parts in Clinton. This is the second occasion I received awful service here. The bald guy that wears glasses, the tall skinny young guy with an afro I belive, are both condescending and unhelpful. I will be bringing my business down the road to Autozone for the rest of my life.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
