  Do not take your car here. I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation, only to learn 2 weeks later that they DID NOT DO any of the services I paid for as all of my notifications popped right back up in my car saying I needed to bring it back in for service. I have called the customer service number for weeks and no one will pick up.

  Made an appointment weeks prior for an oil change and emissions test. Day of the appointment they call at 7am and dont leave a voicemail. I call back at 8:30 when i wake up and get directed to their call center. I tell them i have an appointment later and got a missed call and i wanted to see what they wanted. Was told that they 'didnt call anyone'. I get to the appointment at 11am and they tell me they no longer do emissions testing and they tried calling but got no answer. A two sentence voicemail, or another call an hour or two later would have saved me a lot of frustration and time. They also said an oil change would be $130 so i told them id look somewhere else.

  Ridiculous over pricing. Posted deals don't mean anything. Staff stopped midway through my oil change and screwed around on a computer for 20 minutes. Never coming back.

  The service was outstanding, however, when I called to make an appointment, the woman I spoke with announced to me that it was a special of $49.99 for an oil change. When I received my bill it was a little over $71! I was told I needed to read the small print. I don’t think so, as this was told to me verbally with no other comment. I think I was misinformed and that whoever is making these appointments should be much clearer about the pricing.

  I highly recommend working with Mark at Monro Auto Service in Cheshire. In talking with Mark, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue my car was experiencing. He was able to immediately diagnose, providing explanation of my available options to repair and associated costs. He promptly scheduled my appointment at a time that was convenient for me, then performed the service within the estimated time. The entire process was very smooth and stress-free. Delivering excellent and reliable customer service.
