The answering service scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. All of the communication leading up to the appointment said 8 a.m. I thought there was a mix-up, but it was late and nothing I could do. I arrived just after 8 a.m. for the appointment and I was told no one was around for about an hour to handle the installation and that my appointment was for between 8 and 9. I walked out, called a few other places and found a different shop to do my installation. The one employee helped me load the tires in my car. The communication could be better and also if you're offering appointments between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. you should have the staff to fulfill them.
