  My car was hit by another driver, his insurance assured me i would get a comparable rental while my car was being fixed. They gave me a Chevy Malibu (My car is an Audi Q5). When they dropped off the car the tire light was on indicating low pressure. They assured me they just had it at the tire shop and it was a faulty sensor. The sensor continued to show decreasing pressure so i checked it myself and it was very low. I filled it up but it kept losing air. Over the next few days the tire continued to lose air and i refilled it multiple times. Once i had time to call Enterprise to get them to exchange the car or fix the tire i did. I was put on hold and hung up on 3 times. The first call the person told me he would look into it and put me on hold for 10 minutes before i was hung up on. The second call he said they didn't have any other cars and i would need to just deal with it for a few days before they could swap it out, he then put me on hold to double check and after about 15 minutes hung up. The third, call the employee suggested i just drive over to them and sit and wait while they took it over to a tire shop and got it repaired (no idea how long that would have taken). I asked for a manager and was put on hold and hung up on again.

  Brookfield Enterprise is always a great experience! They make the process easy. Reed makes sure that you have everything you need and your questions are answered. Usually when you need a rental things in your life are a bit hectic! It’s nice to not stress about this part at this Enterprise location.

  Experience with Enterprise was fine, but I would like to take the opportunity to comment on Google ads. They are obnoxiously placed and often nauseating to look at.They are an affront to the senses and to the sensibility of the hapless computer user. I have never knowingly purchased anything which was advertised by Google. And never will.

  I had to drop off my Jeep Gladiator at the Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership on Federal Road on Wednesday after my instrument cluster failed at just 63,000 miles. Unfortunately, with a snowboard trip already planned for Friday night, I was in a tough spot and needed a rental fast. I made it very clear to the dealership that I needed something that could fit 4 guys and 4 snowboards, ideally a truck, minivan, or larger SUV. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem as long as it was a Stellantis vehicle, so I figured something like a Ram pickup or Chrysler Pacifica would work out. After checking in multiple times on Thursday, I was told to come back Friday morning and that a vehicle would be ready. When I got there, that was not the case. At that point, the stress level was through the roof. I was losing work time, it was nearing 1 PM, and my trip was hanging in the balance. That’s when Reed at Enterprise stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He took the time to actually listen, understand what I needed, and reassure me that he would do his best to make it happen. He even gave me a ride home, and during the drive we talked about family, fishing, and cars. You could tell right away he genuinely cared and wasn’t just going through the motions. And wow, did he come through. Later that day, Reed found me the perfect vehicle: a brand new all-wheel-drive Dodge Durango with only 17 miles on the odometer. It had that fresh new car smell and was exactly what I needed for the trip. It handled everything beautifully, fit the crew and gear comfortably, and honestly rode even smoother than my lifted Gladiator. The trip went off without a hitch, and my kids were actually upset when it was time to give it back. The dealership may have dropped the ball on communication, but Reed and the team at Enterprise on Federal Road picked it up immediately and delivered. Huge thanks to Reed and the whole crew for going above and beyond when I really needed help.
