- AAAnonymousSep 9, 20251.0I would give negative stars if I could. As friendly as the person is at the Brookfield CT location, there was things I didn't like or know about. First off the person puts a sleeve on the intoxalock device. This sleeve is suppose to be like a jacket for the device during the winter not for 24/7 use. I ended up paying for a replacement device due to mother nature's heat wave and the sleeve over heating the device. Also I over paid for the calibration. The calibration is not suppose to have tax and it did. One last thing. Since this isn't a true business building, there is no way of legally paying for the intoxalock device services. (Meaning there is no eft credit card machine.) According to intoxalock we can't get any refund if we don't have a receipt. At the Brookfield CT location you will not get any receipt.
