I did not break any glass, I did not have the car on 1/13 and no one notified me about contacting my insurance company. THAT IS FRAUD.

Quick and easy pickup other than asking for my insurance coverage binder to ensure I had full coverage. I didn’t have a problem with it, I didn’t want to have to scramble for it when I got there. I would’ve liked to know that ahead of time. Lots of extra options and add-ons are available. I usually don’t, but I added the insurance this time because there were snow storms that weekend. Would rather be safe than sorry. Otherwise, I would’ve got the rental for eight days for around $1100. It was clean and worked great. Lots of room and trunk space. We went with nine people and fit everyone and all of the luggage comfortably. They were closed when I was returning, so I used the key drop off outside. I got my final bill the next day after the truck was checked. No extra charges were added, which was a good thing. Would definitely rent from here again.
