Talked to the employee who told me he was so sorry, explained they had callouts, and some of their vehicles had recalls (which isn’t their fault at all). He was so accommodating and made sure that while I couldn’t get into what I was supposed to, he got me into something else that worked out great. Had no issues at all, and returning was nice and easy. 5/5 stars for sure.
