  TJ, the store manager provided exceptional service and attention to my concerns, while going out of his way to explain aspects of his business location’s services that directly impacted my needs, which his competitors do not. This provided myself greater insight into understanding how my needs were met and exceeded by his amazing team! Lastly, I salute TJ for his military service to our nation and congratulate his commitment, as a highly professional and friendly businessman.

  Called to make an appointment for emissions at 3pm. they put me in for 4pm. i show up on time..... they say they stop emissions at 1. absolutely ridiculous to schedule me at all. they knew very well why i was coming in when i called. disgusting business practice. avoid if you want the work to actually be done

  I brought in a set of wheels I wasn’t even sure would fit. Most shops would have turned me away, but they were happy to give it a try—and they made it work. They took the time to ensure everything fit properly. T.J. and the other staff were professional, patient, and genuinely kind, especially since I’m not very knowledgeable about rims and tires.

  Very helpful manager. Very helpful staff. Super pleased to see the extra time and effort the new manager is putting in. Came in for steering issue. Even though the shop was very busy and the manager only had one other person in training. My problem was fixed quickly and I was back on the road safely. Thank you TJ. I hope you can continue to build this store up. Great work. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!! The manager is very professional. Great choice monro. Tj really is doing his best to help customers while remaining professional and courteous. He showed me that my struts are shot. I will be back when I have the money after the holidays. Tj thank you again!!!!!

  Our experience here at Monroe was surreal. The manager immediately and gleefully made it clear we were unwelcome as there was no money in our scheduled tire installation package. We dropped our car off on time, received one more tongue lashing and departed. As punishment for choosing Monroe the crew sidelined our car for 4 hours before starting work and never called us once it was done. I had just replaced struts and ball joints 3 days before our appointment and cleaned out everything at the four wheels, these guys found some grease and smeared it ALL over the wheels and tires and left a greasy boot print on the carpet as a token of their esteem. Manager declined to give us an invoice. $180 an hour is pretty abusive for semi skilled labor in this ex-mechanic's opinion.
