  I always have a great experience working with TJ. He goes above and beyond to make it right and treats you like your part of a family I also met a couple of his workers they are very polite great people to deal with. I can't complain. I will be seeing them again in the fall to purchase new snow tires for one of my vehicles.

  When coming back to Monro I was skeptical due to previous experiences from over a decade ago! Just recently I had dropped my SUV off to be given a diagnostic and then to fix a wheel barring on the front passenger side. Through some mix up in conversation over the phone my front rotors and brakes were only completed and when I went to leave after paying a kidney, arm and half a thigh the problem still persisted and I asked Dakota to talk to the manager, TJ. After three days my SUV sat and TJ and all the techs not only worked on my car but fixed the issue entirely!!!! I was sold a lemon of a vehicle but due to statute of limitations to make a claim for the Lemon Law, I have stuck paying for a SUV that had a blown head, a shitty wheel barring and I was advised by the selling dealer that it was “safe” to drive. Haha that was yet another lie o was told by Universal Motors in Plainville/New Britain near NB DMV. DONT GO THERE FOR A VEHICLE! Regardless, through TJ annnd his techs they absolutely absolved the front end issues I had. Absolutely INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! I wanted to go a step further and speak to corporate but TJ had said that people only call corporate to complain about service so he and I agreed at the very least writing a Google review would be the best route to go to advise anyone to come to this Monro for the best service it may cost BUT at least your problems will be fixed and not intentionally screwing you over unlike other mechanics who only prolong your services costing you more in the long run. TJ and his crew are honest and don’t BS you when what you need done listen to them please and get it done before issues become worse. SO TJ, DAKOTA and I can’t rem your name and I apologize (MOM BRAIN IS REAL) THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR CONSIDERING THE SAFETY OF MY KIDS AND I!!!! YOU GUYS ARE OUR NEW AND FORVER MECHANICS AND ACTUALLY WE’LL BE COMINH BACK ASAP FOR MY AIR CONDITIONING FOR 3 YEARS it hasn’t worked so hopefully this project won’t be that long or costly! We love you guys keep up the incredible work and know it doesn’t go unnoticed!!!!

  I had an excellent experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Bristol, CT today. I came in for an oil change and the entire team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. I especially want to recognize the manager, Thomas Halleran, who truly went above and beyond. His customer service was outstanding—he was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find an auto service center you can trust, but this location absolutely delivered. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service needs. Highly recommend Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Bristol to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!

  Came in for 4 New Tires with a deal to buy 3 and 1 free.TJ was great. Great manager overall and upfront about payments and gives advice about what needs to be done for your car !

  I made an impromptu appointment on February 11, 2026 to get an emissions test done for my vehicle. the appointment was made for 5:00 p.m. The gentlemen was kind enough to call me shortly after the appointment was made by someone else to advise me to arrive no later than 10 minutes before because the emissions testing ends at exactly 5:00 pm. I had no idea as that was not explained to me when I booked the appointment. (I am not sure if it was a call center or what) When I arrive, the gentleman that was there was extremely friendly, professional and tested my vehicle within the allotted time frame. No issues. I was even provided a window sticker for my next appointment in 2028. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
