I was assured multiple times that the upgraded vehicle I wanted would be available after maintenance and that it was being held for me. I rearranged my schedule and returned as instructed, only to have the manager, Ken, speak to me rudely and hand the exact vehicle I was promised to another customer right in front of me. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no regard for my time. Customers deserve honesty and follow-through. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
