- ESEmily Sabia2 days ago1.0My oil was overfilled during a routine oil change on 2/14/25 and my exhaust began smoking before I even got to the intersection of Main St & Old Town Rd. My spark plugs were soaked & it damaged my catalytic converter to the point that it needed to be replaced, as well as the turbo charger. It was a nightmare, the catalytic converter was on backorder & it took almost 4 months before my car was finally restored to the condition it was in on 2/14/25. Valvoline refused to reimburse me for my Uber to pick up the repair or the hazardous waste fee and they expect the state to pay for the catalytic converter just because it was under warranty! They also lied & tried to pretend that they didn't come out to inspect my car and caused the process to take much longer than it should have. I was offered 2 free oil changes in exchange for the ordeal but would never bring my car there again! Stay away.

Pay me and I'll speak about this company as if it were mine. Until then, I don't talk about any corporations at all. I'm not a paid spokesperson. The corporation doesn't allow you to use the website coupon more than once even if it hasn't expired. Even if you go to them with the same vehicle. Corporations like this are disgusting. The workers have to work in the heat in the summer. While Corporations like this make millions of dollars if not more. I'll start going somewhere else. Again this complain is never against me individuals working here. It's the big business corporations themselves! Not being able to use a nonexpired coupon baffles my mind.
