I had to have him wait a few minutes while I finished up with some customers, to bring him the key and move the car to the open end of the lot.. I'm grateful he took the time to lock up the car for me and give me a call upon completion so I didn't have to step away from working to lock my car up.

Instead of doing the right thing they just assumed they could ignore us and bully us and that we'd just go away. Then I make an appointment online for then to install a new trim piece. I had a 12:00 to 5:00pm window for the appointment at my house. They sent a confirmation email but never showed! No phone call, no explanation from Jackie!

Started off as a repair but apparently couldn't be done b/c the crack touched the edge of the glass which would have been a nice thing to add to the online tool which only asked if there were more than 3 cracks and if they were more than 6 inches long. So they had to reschedule to come back and replace and showed up twice with the wrong glass. Then, they no showed on two other appts; the first of which was likely attributable to weather but the second was bright and sunny and when I tried to confirm the appt that I had gotten a text message for, I had to call and speak to a supervisor and found out that it had been cancelled because of rain when it wasn't actually raining nor had there been any rain in the forecast. Not sure if this was an issue with the Bridgeport shop or just the company as a whole but what a mess! 6 actual appointments and several others that had to be cancelled due to weather is unacceptable.
