Dan from MID TOWN AUTO BODY INC was absolutely amazing! He called ahead before arriving and showed up right on time. He was very professional and got my Mercedes onto the tow bed quickly and safely with no issues at all.
He was patient, friendly, and very welcoming throughout the entire process. He even assisted us all the way to the auto shop, which we truly appreciated.
Dan really made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. I’m so grateful for his help — excellent service all around!

I simply called and asked if I could get a itemized receipt per request of my insurance company to be reimbursed, Being the receipt I received from midtown just showed the price on it. I was given a hard time by the weirdo that answered the phone automatically I was not rude just wanted them to write two words on the original receipt and text it to me as they did before. This dude was saying I had to come down there so he can give me a receipt. If I was in a motor vehicle accident and I'm expressing I can't get around right now for medical reasons why make it hard. He wanted me to shut up so he said he'd call me back with an update. This was 2days ago I'm still waiting :) Do better this shouldn't even be an issue. Especially for the prices you charge your customers.

Very unprofessional business. My vehicle had gotten towed due to parking in the incorrect parking lot, by Mid-Town towing company through a third party without my acknowledgment which was located 1.4 miles under 5 miles were my vehicle was parked. I had then called an Uber to pick up my vehicle and upon arrival was told with my 2 toddlers along my side in the freezing cold, that the cost was nearly $300 and my vehicle was literally under 5 miles from where they are located. I had asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by 2 individuals the supervisor wasn't in on this day. I than asked why was the price for services so high and stated I didn't have that amount. I was told that if I didn't have to total price I couldn't get my vehicle and that I need to go ask my Uber driver for assistance. I had never been in such a nasty situation like this ever I was ripped off, overly charged and given the incorrect receipt with another vehicle information. At that point I was able to come up with the total cost to get my car back and then later on in the day found out that the whole time I was asking to speak with a supervisor the 2 individuals that were nasty to me in front of my toddlers the whole time were the owners of the company, completely lied in my face and had no shame!

They towed my car, when I got it back there was literally a GASH in the side of my tire. Somebody didn’t do their job right and they take no accountability.
