  The owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful with the way she spoke to me, from start to finish. She even went as far as using phrases such as “it’s always an excuse with you” and “I don’t want to speak to you anymore I don’t want to hear it” when trying to explain I had lost my debit card. She was incredibly combative and said she didn’t have an Apple Pay reader, but after I had used Lyft to drive all over Bridgeport to try to find an atm with tap to get money from, I noticed she had an Apple Pay device on her desk. She even refused to shovel my car out, I’m 15 weeks pregnant and she refused to help me until a family member who had a contract with her called. She was very unprofessional and I would never use her for business again.

  Completely destroyed my friends BMW before she had the chance to do anything. Totaled. Now she’s got no vehicle due to the hands of these “mechanics” and “boss” of the shop. Reckless, careless, ignorant people who, instead of taking care of you, total your vehicles. By the way, this is the SECOND friend I’ve had this happen to here.

  Destroyed a BMW before Auto adjuster even got to the vehicle. Completely destroyed the car without permission, do not recommend at all. Completely unprofessional.
