    Bait and switch vehicles, endless time waiting after saying it will just be a couple of minutes which turns into an hour. The vehicle you reserved is mysteriously not available. Never honoring pick up and delivery service. Where is the management ??? Asleep or on another vacation. Too bad.

    I have used this location (370 North Avenue Bridgeport) several times. They are different from any other rental place I used. Their dedication, care and professionalism has been exceptional. When employees care, it shows, and I have seen the care in all my visits. Thank you so much for being the best!!! Best service from leadership all the way down to the field crew!!!

    When you reserve a car and it's confirmed pick-up at 9, I don't expect to show up at 9 and wait an hour for the car to be available.
