  They picked me up from the New Haven airport, which was a huge help since I didn’t have to find a ride. The team was very patient and accommodating throughout my rental. I needed to extend my rental, and they allowed me to do so while even waiving the fees. On top of that, I ran out of gas on my way to return the car, and they still took care of me without any issues. I especially appreciate Ryan and Jack, but honestly, everyone in that office is willing to help you out. Great customer service and all good vibes. I will definitely recommend this branch!

  I was incorrectly charged for my rental, instead of 1 day, I was charged for 3 days. (almost 300$ more) It took me 2 weeks and 12 phone calls to get this issue resolved. On the final phone call I had to "stay on the line until I received an email confirming my refund". Once I finally received the email it was dated for that day, when the refund confirmation was given via phone prior. When I called enterprise customer service (instead of the branch itself) they confirmed that the refund had not been put through. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes before I received the refund confirmation email and was never spoken to or contacted again. The entire time I was dealing with the manager of this branch, Ryan, who ultimately knows me by name now. The only helpful employee at this branch was Chey. Ryan never put in the refund, refused to send me a confirmation email, and never called the drop off branch to confirm. I had to call the drop off branch myself and give them the branford locations phone number to call to confirm the drop off. The management here is terrible and unreliable.

  Had to rent a car here quickly and Jack got me in and out in no time. Felt like borrowing a car from a friend. I highly recommend

  I thought when they were checking for damages the notepad they were using was for taking photos and that's not the case. My insurance company told me that in recent years Enterprise have been making false claims and the people that took pictures and videos before renting were able to prove they were lying. Unfortunately I thought they were taking photos they were not so I didn't take photos. I used their car from their location to my home in Southern New Jersey where it sat without moving until I returned it a total of 7 days and they're trying to explain away the rust. Has everyone knows you don't get rust in a week. Their excuse was that the chipped paint was there but the other damage was not so I asked to see where they had noted the paint chip before and they said it wasn't noted in their computer. I said in the same exact manner that the pre-existing damage was not noted. Then they said they would have noticed it well then why didn't you notice the paint chip and rust? I suggest everyone take their own photos and videos before going anywhere inside and out.
