But I was unpleasantly surprised when I tried to return the car on Saturday and found they had closed at 1 pm, and then that on Sunday they would only be open 9-noon. It never occurred to me that a business would close so early on a Saturday. I also was surprised that I was charged for five days when I had the car from around 3 pm Wednesday until 11:30 am Sunday, which I count as less than four days. It was probably in the fine print, which (of course) I did not read, but I would have appreciated a verbal reminder of both the hours of the Branford office, and the way they count the days they charge you for.

After learning about this we reached out to y who referred us to another enterprise to switch to a better alternative and the enterprise did not switch it out instead said that there were no cars available after they said they had availability. Road service never returned our calls after we spoke to them regarding the rental car.
