If you ever have any issues with a car, truck, SUV or anything I would drive across two or even three towns just to come to these guys again for their service knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend my family, friends and loved ones to shop at the Autozone Bloomfield location!

Today I went in for a battery for my car keys , the gentleman at the checkout took my keys, opened them , changed the battery & sent me on my way in less than 5mins ! I wouldn’t have known how to do it otherwise. Very nice guy & Only $10 for the battery !

He requested I removed the battery and he refused to give me my warranty due to policy. I agreed with his decision, and asked to purchase a battery because I explained to him that I was in an emergency situation with the car. A young woman on his shift interjected and replaced Luis. When I was proceeding to buy the battery, the young woman’s uncle cut in front of me and escalated the situation. He stated that was his family and I asked him to wait his turn. She asked for the model and year of the car. I told her, she charged me for the wrong battery that doesn’t fit my car. Then refused to assist me. She said I had an attitude because I didn’t want to talk about the warranty subject anymore and move on with the transaction. After we clarified it was the wrong battery, she went to get the proper battery. Then tried to charge me again without refunding the previous transaction. They also kept my old battery and didn’t give me the core charge. Afterwards I grabbed the proper battery and Luis pushed me and snatched the battery from me. The girl was cursing me out screaming from the top of her lungs. I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by the service i received. I’m never going to this location again. I wanted to report this to anyone in Autozone who can help. I also called the branch, but I didn’t get in touch with the manager.
