It was my first time servicing my Jeep here and now I won't go anywhere else! From the second I arrived, Kyle greeted me and walked through the entire process. He went above and beyond for an issue I had. Showed me what was wrong and was upfront about the pricing. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, honest service. Wow! Was I impressed with the care that Jason, Kyle, and Wyatt gave my car AND MYSELF today. I came for one service but had concern about the standard oil filter. My "greeter" told me how I could save a few bucks by bringing my own. I did just that and with my military discount I saved enough money to add additional services. Very thoughtful to help people save a little to make a little more in a different way. Thank you for your advice and quality of work.

Great experience! Will be coming here again. The service was quick but thorough and professional. Saw the other recent low rating review from the "out of stater" and I couldn't disagree more. Jason and Wyatt were exactly what I would expect from an awesome Colorado mountain town. Knowledgeable and friendly with a sense of humor as well. I would recommend Strickland Brothers to anyone (maybe not the stuck-up ones for the guy's sake). 👍

I never write poor reviews....but I am still a bit shocked by my experience yesterday for an oil change. It was my first time there and while I understood the idea of a drive thru service, there was an orange cone in front of the only available bay. I parked my car there and walked inside to see if this was the appropriate bay they wanted me to drive through. There I was met by Wyatt. He was surly and curt and did not greet me or ask how he could help. Instead I was met with first mumbles and I asked again about if that was where they wanted me to wait and Wyatt snapped "You need to stay in your car!" I was trying to explain why I was inside and that I had a question (the orange cone) and he still bluntly said, "Ma'am, you need to stay in your car!" I had a cold a week ago and I still had a bit of plugged ears so I stepped closer to hear him better and half of my foot went over the door threshold that entered into the shop area and he then snapped, "You can't be in here!" I should have left right then but I had a whole day of errands planning for Christmas. So I meekly went back to my car and a bit later Wyatt waved me in. The other guy, Jason, seemed nice and had much better customer service. I asked if he could also top off my fluids and he said, no, they did not do that. I also noticed Jason who was helping another customer who just drove in the other bay and was checking his lights. I asked if I got that service as well and Jason said, "Yes, didn't Wyatt do this?" I said, "No, Wyatt has done nothing......." so Wyatt, with attitude, ambled behind my car to check my break lights and blinkers but I saw through my rear view mirror that he was not even looking at my car. They changed my oil and I paid $102.96 for just an oil change and a lot of attitude and horrible customer service. I will never go back there.
