Store manager in Windsor admitted on a recorded line that they failed to fully service my car including checking my battery and the dipstick gauge. My car wouldn’t start after I got an oil change. They told me not to turn my car off again. I gave them an opportunity to own up to it and a second chance after TOTALING MY CAR AND NEEDING A NEW ENGINE because of them years prior. They admitted fault several times for failing to provide safety and care for myself and my 5 year old, and they didn’t even know how to hook up charging cables!!! The manager had to show him. The same manager that could not even reset my service lights inside my car. Save yourself from their complete ignorance. They didnt perform the entirety of service and admitted this.

They showed me where my fluid levels were at and let me know I need to get the transmission fluid changed soon, which I didn’t know. They explained every step of the process to me, and I was in and out with how fast they were.

My Bottomside technician was Reid, he communicated well with everyone on top. Justyn was the Manager, she made sure all tasks were completed top and bottom. Great service by this team.
