  I’ve always had a great experience at this location. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and they really care about the people they help and the vehicles they service!

  Staff spent more time trying to talk me out of the oil change - had been 10 months but only about 600 miles, than it took to change the oil. Telling me 1 time was good. Wasting 20 minutes having 2 people explain 5 times that they didn't think I needed to change the oil - made me angry enough that I will probably find a different company to change the oil next year. Note, I have been having an annual oil change since 4/2021 at this location. Always understood that based on low mileage, suggestion would be that oil was in good shape and didn't need change. My reason for changing the oil is always that it is because it has been 1 year AND low miles. Never have had to spend 20 minutes arguing with very young staff about it. Also note that they also chased the car ahead of me away - I don't know why, but their behavior makes me think that they just didn't feel like changing anybody's oil. Looking for some place new after 5 years.

  Not only did I wait an hour for just an oil change, I was treated differently and waited an hour for what I assume was being a woman. The guy who came in AFTER me got out in 20 minutes when I had been waiting for an hour with no updates, the entire time no one talked to me and instead ignored me the entire time. The last time I went they attempted to scam me not realizing I work on cars by selling me new differential fluid for my right front differential, something that doesn’t exist. I only come here because oil changes are messy and annoying without a lifted vehicle.

  I would avoid taking your car here. I’m not trying to bash anyone for trying to do their job but I have had repeated problems taking my car here. A couple of months ago I took my truck here for an oil change and afterwards the engine light came on and it started to smoke. It turns out they had left the oil cap off which spilled oil all over. I took it back and they cleaned up the engine bay and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I decided the coupon was enough to give them another shot. This week I went back. Unfortunately I had misplaced the coupon but they said they would be able to still give me a good discount because of last time. When I got there they told me it would be a bit of a wait and I said alright not thinking it would take 2 hours to get my oil changed. When it was time to pay they gave me $20 off of a $120 oil change which was frustrating that that was all they were going to offer but I was already annoyed for waiting so long that I paid and left. When driving away I heard a bit of a noise but couldn’t tell what it was. While driving home it became apparent when the engine cover on the bottom of my car came off while driving. The bolts were still in the front of the pan where they had not reattached them to the bottom of the car causing it to scrape on the ground and then rip off at the other mounting points which bent the brackets and will require me to purchase a new cover. I called them very upset about this and they apologized that this had happed but had nothing further to say. I have also discovered they also left the dipstick half out of the engine causing oil to spill once again. Unfortunately they provide poor workmanship at a slow rate I would not trust them with your vehicle.
