My headlight was out and I didn't know, he quickly told me the time it would take to replace it and the cost. My tires needed rotating but told me it would take some time to do that. When I said no, he was so friendly about it! Other places dismiss you after that, but Kaden continued to be friendly. Then Traveon came to show me that oil stick thing. I just laughed and said "okay." But then he took the time to explain it to me, which I was so impressed by the customer service and I appreciated his time for doing that, too! Kaden and Traveon are the reason I'd come back to Valvoline. I wish I could schedule appointments with just them, but I'm confident that the entire staff is just as nice. Please recognize Kaden and Traveon for their excellent customer service and efficient manner. I will only be coming to Valvoline from now on.
