  This gas station should not be allowed to operate. Today I stopped here and asked to use the restroom. The employee flatly told me it was “not working,” with zero explanation or attempt to assist. There is no other restroom available on site — which raises serious questions. If staff are working long shifts, clearly they have access to a toilet. So either the employee lied, or the facility is deliberately being denied to customers. Either way, this is a serious breach of basic hygiene and public service standards. Worse yet, the employee was shockingly rude and dismissive. There was no respect, no professionalism, just hostility. This is not just poor service — it’s unsanitary, unethical, and unacceptable. I urge the relevant authorities to investigate this location. If a business cannot provide minimum sanitary conditions for customers, it should not be in operation.

  Worst customer service ever. Never been treated so unfair and rudly. I hope you retrain the woman who was on clock this after noon. I will never come back to this gas station ever again. And I will make sure to tell everyone how your cashiers act and not to go there either.
