This included the invoice which she went over with me too that was reasonably priced. Lastly, I got done in a timely manner. Everything I would have wanted from them. This is my go to spot now and would highly recommend coming to this location.

They did not admit it. They also kept referring to the rear differential which I was not having serviced. They kept forgetting what they were actually doing. Just slow down, folks, and you’ll do the job correctly next time.

- DHDavid HeatonOct 30, 20251.0Reset my sticker to 3,000 miles on Full Synthetic oil. Told me it was a new policy so that i would stop in for a top off after i called to question it. Sticker was put on crooked and sloppy high up in the corner of the window, partly on the interior of the car. I was the only one in there at the time, so it wasn't because they were busy. I do not believe that the "top off" story about the 3,000 miles on the sticker! B.S.! Jiffy Lube is trying to rip people off who don't pay attention or know better that at the very least it should be at 5,000 or even 7,500 miles. When i got in my car after the service there was oil residue everywhere, seats, doors, console was soaked in oil! Didn't notice till it got home, and it was all over my clothes. Even on the passenger seat. Had to clean the entire cabin with 409 to get it off! White interior and oil do not mix. Why doesn't someone not so oily and dirty drive the car out?
