The dude that helped me was very nice and personable but omg he smelled and looked absolutely horrible. Dude- Have you taken a shower in the past two weeks? Take a shower!!! I was also left at the counter alone waiting to check out for 10 minutes or so. I don’t see myself going back.
- JPJimmy PSep 25, 20251.0On 09-25-25 at 9am, I tried to buy parts for my car and “Larry” couldn’t find what was listed as “in stock.” The phone rang and he took care of the call while I waited stood there waiting for him to finish, so he could help me. Clearly, he appeared to be have some type of dementia because I could see the part number from the register. I asked if I could verify it and he said no, no one was allowed behind the counter besides he also said his “district manager” was in the back room. However, I asked if I could use the bathroom which was behind the counter, Larry said, “yes”! I’ll never go to the wheat ridge location again. Larry it’s time to retire you are unable to provide any type of customer service.
