  Was looking at Extremely expensive RV. Wanted to see about trading in the ones we have. Ronald was so difficult and hard to work with, Talking down to the female owner, and acting weird with the male, that we are taking our purchase elsewhere. The amount of shady underhand dishonesty cost you a high dollar client for life who has a over million person following. I will be doing a blog series on the underhandedness of this location.

  Monte Murphy was an absolute pleasure to work with. After visiting multiple locations over the last few weeks, I can confidently say Monte was the most honest, helpful, funny, and caring salesman we have ever worked with - even outside of camping world. You can tell he truly wants to help, and it’s not just about a sale, it’s about you as a person. Monte restored my faith in salesman and any future deals will 100% go through him. Outstanding service! Kudos to not only Monte, but his manager as well as I would assume he was trained by someone just as honest as him. Monte, you are amazing and you can truly tell you enjoy what you do!

  Just a warning about the side doors and locks the doors and locks are crap and the doors are a pain in the butt to secure which create a unsafe traveling experience when I contacted them they couldn't or wouldn't help they just told me to call good sam which is no help at all bi honestly regret buying my RV with all the issues I've had with it I had side and rear cameras installed and they improperly installed and wired incorrectly..but most recent visit they installed solar panels which seem to be working so far but I've ran into many issues with my camper I wish I had saved myself the money and headache.

  I had a disappointing experience. After talking with a sales rep, Nick , back and forth for a few weeks and then finally coming out putting a deposit on a unit I couldn't get a call back. The salesman would text me and say he'd call you back in a bit and I would never hear from him. This went on for several days. I finally requested a refund of my deposit and I've actually purchased a unit at Campers Inn RV in Johnstown. Campers Inn went above and beyond.

  Went in to look at a couple used camp trailers we saw on Facebook after owning a slide in camper until about 10 years ago. We had a budget in mind and a floor plan we communicated to Joe, one of their sales associates, briefly discussed what we had in mind and off into the lot we went on a golf cart. He showed us a couple units and we decided to pull the trigger on the unit we had in mind as it was very clean and barely used. This was a Sunday and we planned to close the following Saturday first thing in the morning. We wanted to take a few measurements on Thursday evening and were welcome to do so. We should have planned our closing for Friday afternoon as Saturday was very busy but fortunately we got through closing quickly along with all the other future RV owners. Our parts rep/walkthough guide, Tyson, was energetic and bouncing around as excited as we were for our purchase. For the questions we had that he couldn't answer, he made sure to get them answered from the service department. We didn't know what to expect but Joe listened to us and ensured our expectations were met and exceeded. Thanks guys and gals.
