To top off the fact that these places are always trying to upcharge for things like filters, I let the tech on duty talk me into doing a transmission fluid service. Frankly I can't afford too much regular maintenance on my vehicle, and I thought it would be a worthwhile investment. Hence my shock and anger today (MONTHS AND THOUSANDS OF MILES LATER), when I went to a different service center, and they found my transmission fluid cap OFF TO THE SIDE in my engine. Luckily, it had been pinned by the closed hood, or it may have fell off entirely. My car is now experiencing transmission issues and could be HUNDREDS if not over a thousand to fix. DO NOT patronize this location as it is filled with incompetence and forgetful techs that will COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN. My car had not been serviced since, and my hood had never been opened, or this would have come to light before today. I am waiting on a resolution from corporate, but if I dont at least receive my money back for these services I am going straight to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protections Department of Colorado.

The lack of awareness and attention to detail were completely obvious since all you have to do is properly tighten it. I've tried calling over and over and left messages and no one will answer or reply to me.
