  Took SUV in for an oil change. Two days later and not driving the vehicle, my tire pressure sensor indicated low tire pressure in several tires. Additionally, my auto start no longer works due to the hood latch sensor being damaged and SUV indicates the hood being ajar. Used the auto start before driving it to the shop, when to use two days later, doesn’t work. Took the SUV in with zero problems or issues. Had to fill 3 tires and still trying to fix the damage to the hood latch sensor.

  I had my oil changed for the first time at Grease Monkey and was very pleased at the experience. Everyone I encountered was very nice and respectful. Their waiting area was pleasant. It had coffee and water, a tv, and it was clean without odors. They didn't try to push extra add ons or up charges. Before doing something that was needed they respectfully asked first if I would like them to do it. I will definitely be returning to Grease Monkey for my next oil change.

  Went to Your Establishment for oil change and tire rotation. When your team was done, came in said car was ready. I paid., employee handed over the keys and I left got down the road, warming sign , engine malfunction, reduce speed, oil light on Service Now. Was not able to turn around, another 4 blocks block down . Took back to your location, Told employee, he took car. They forgot to put oil in my 2024 Nissan. That scared me. I want it to be noted in case there are any issues with my car encountered due to negligence of your staff I would like either thr GM or District Mansger to Contact me
