Assistant manager is great and walked me through all their checks to make sure my car ran right, and the tall thin gentleman with the beanie I forgot the name of was real direct with what could wait and didn't try to upsell. That's a HUGE plus for me. They cleaned out the interior, wiped down the exterior, and were super quick with everything. This is my favorite GM bar none, and I've been to quite a few. 5/5 stars, will always come back.

One time at another place they showed me I needed an air filter, but since I had just replaced mine I knew that filthy one wasn't even the right size. Chris is always above reproach, honest, fixes it. Brenda is SOO nice; I missed her this time. Prices are up everywhere, so yeah, its a sticker shock every time my oil gets changed. I think twice before driving anywhere these days. But Chris and Brenda's prices are better than most. Mostly, it's their joy. That's why I come here.

I wish I could give you five stars but I went in there specifically saying,"I don't have a lot of time, PLEASE just do the oil change." DO NOT do the inspection DO NOT keep me 1-1/2 hours for just an oil change. DO NOT clean or vacuum the truck PLEASE JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. YOU ALL KEPT ME THERE NEAR AN HOUR AND A HALF. MAYBE LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT. I WILL USE OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE FUTURE. ALL I WANTED WAS A FAST OIL CHANGE AND YOU COULDN'T DO THAT FOR ME. Again forgive me for not giving you what you need, but I pray you all have a blessed day
