I was charged $1,200 for a repair that did not fix the issue at all. My car continued to have the exact same problem, so I brought it back. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they claimed it was a “new issue” and quoted me $4,000 more. My dad called to get clarification, and they admitted they thought they fixed the problem, but it “turned out to be something else.” So essentially, I paid $1,200 for nothing, and now they’re trying to charge thousands more to fix what should have been diagnosed correctly the first time. Unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely the worst place I’ve ever taken my car. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

They did find an issue regarding the belt under the hood and saved me the cost of major repairs if the belt snapped. It is a good day when you are told that no work needs to be done on your car and you don't have to pay for anything!

David gave me a warm greeting when I entered and kept me updated throughout the service process. Jose was able to quickly assess what I needed done and I was out within an hour.
