  David was such a help with getting my brakes installed, because of him any problems that happen to my truck I will be returning here. Andy the store manager was also very helpful with giving me all the information I needed for future services.

  I've been coming here for about two years now for regular maintenance. Everything has been stellar, with wait times and prices clearly communicated up front. With the latest service, Richard was incredibly kind and checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting!

  Hello My name is i Robert Preston. I am a united states veteran that has served my country and was injured in battle. I brought the car that I just bought to this Location to get my front breaks replaced because they were grinding and the store Manager Andy Flat out lied to me in an effort to sell me a repair that cost twice as much, telling me it would fix the Grinding noise when he knew that it wouldn't. I live on a very fixed income and I saved for months to get my new car so that I can make a bit of extra money doing deliveries. My first night out at work I noticed that my breaks were making a really bad grinding sound. So I decided to come to breaks plus because they advertised a good rate and a nice discount for veterans day. So I made an appointment. When I got to the store, I told the store manager Andy, what was going on and that I wanted to get my breaks checked because they were grinding and I needed to get this problem fixed so that I could go back to work. Well Andy and his techs looked at my car and came back telling me that I had a bad ball joint going that needed to be replaced he then went on to tell me that my breaks were good. But I most likely had a rock in between my rotor and the break pad and that it had skored a deep groove in my rotor. I asked The manager if changing out the ball joint would get rid of the grinding. He said it would because my wheel was wobbling and fixing the ball joint would get rid of the wheel wobble and that's why my breaks were grinding. So I said ok. Well he said the whole repair would take about two hours. Then he tacked on an extra $100 for alignment, this took five hours. But after the repairs were done as I was paying, the manager Andy told me that I have a defective tie rod and a bad strut...well why didn't he tell me this before hand? I also asked...well... with a damaged tie rod and a bad strut, is the the alignment going to even hold for long? How can you allign my car effectively if part of my suspension is damaged. He said that it will be fine. But then I drove the car for an hour and noticed that my car was still pulling very hard to the right worse than it did before i brought it in...making me wonder if they did an alignment in the first place. I also noticed after my breaks were warmed up, that the grinding noise was way louder than it was before I brought the car in. I made an appointment for this morning and when I arrived, I said to Andy.." You told me that fixing that ball joint would fix the grinding noise coming from my breaks" he then lied to me again and said "No, I most certainly did not say that" he then told me that that i should wash my breaks and that could fix it. I told him that this was not what I asked for when I came in to the shop. I told him that I came in to get my breaks checked so that I could figure out if I need new breaks or not. When he showed me the scored Rotor, I told him that I need to get my front breaks replaced. The store Manager and his techs lied to me to get me to pay for a more expensive repair then I came in for. And now if I wanted them to change my breaks like I had originally asked, then it would cost $150 more. I told him to take the new balljoint out, put my old one back in and give me my money back. He told me that he would not help me. Then he was very condescending to me saying "Look Buddy, im not trying to benefit off of your financial hardship" but that's exzactly what he did.. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated. I can not believe that Breaks Plus would treat its customers this way, let alone a Veteran that has served it country and been injured in battle while serving with the United States Marine Corp.. This location and its store Manager Andy are Very Predatory when it comes to getting money out of their customers. Further more, the Way the store Manager spoke to me while knowing that I am a Veteran due to my Hat...it make me wonder if he and Brakes Plus has a problem with every one that has honerably served our country.

  I am very very pleased with Breaks Plus and Richard is the one that worked with me today and I can’t ask for better care in any place that this is the best to go to. I can tell you that right now I would give it not a 10 I’d give it 100. I recommend anybody go here. I’ve been with them for years and the service is just awesome
