  I love the membership benefits of this car wash, my only complaint is that drying is not optimal, I wish it made another pass to dry my car, as it's never dry when I leave.

  Wash bays had roughly 2 inches of mud on the floor and the worst high pressure self washing bays I've ever dealt with very low pressure

  The car wash is great. The app sometimes gets slow and it gets hard to do what you want to... I want to try their detail service.

  Cancelled my $60 membership. Removed my old 4 star review. Here’s why: It went from 2 bays being opened all the time, to 1 being open inconsistently. Such that I started questioning even going cause I didn’t want to take the gamble. On the off chance I would go and it was closed, the cherry on top is even if I chose to use the DIY bay, there was always something broken, either dryer isn’t working, high pressure isn’t working, etc… and the dryer in the automatic bays were always inconsistent. Oh and the payment issues, I think I had this happen twice, if in the off chance you use a bay that’s broken, and you realize it and cancel the wash, it doesn’t go back to your membership. They also don’t have a way of reporting a problem through the wash bay itself. why they don’t have that as a button I have no clue, they should allow refunds if you cancel your wash 1 minute in automatically as a member since these problems happen so consistently. I’ve also had to pay for washes multiple times even with my $60 membership, since one of the bays glitched out. It’s really unfortunate cause this place has potential of being the best car wash in all of Colorado. I just don’t think they’re putting enough back into the business anymore. Maintenance is poorly organized. I will say the one thing they do exceptionally well still is their support team, it seems they hire really nice and kind helpful people who are efficient. The washes themselves when they work are the best automated car wash I have ever seen. I feel safe putting a nicer car through their washes without messing up the ceramic coat etc…

  Love the carwash, but unfortunately the high pressure water caused some electrical issues on my car. I wish that wasn't the case because its so hard to find a touchless car wash with decent water pressure to be able to get the car clean.
