They were both so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they went so far above and beyond to help with my very frustrating issue. Jeff tested my 6-month old battery and determined it was bad, and since it would still be under warranty, they were happy to replace it, but due to what we ultimately realized was a glitch in the system, they couldn't identify the original purchase. They went so far as to call other stores to see if the original battery was purchased at another location, but no luck. I finally just decided I would just buy another battery, but they were hesitant to let me go that route and spend that much additional money, so they continued looking into the issue until they realized the system was simply showing the wrong date but the correct battery. So at this point, they were happy to honor the warranty, so Jeff then installed the new battery, cleaned the terminals, and sent me on my way with assurances that they would be happy to help with any future issues I might encounter. This was the most exemplary service I've received anywhere in a long time, and I am thrilled to be able to tell others about it. Honesty, integrity, and a willingness to help others can be so hard to find these days, but I experienced all of it this morning, and I'm so thankful!
