  Andy gave me advice that was really appropriate for my situation. It was very helpful. He showed me the actual problem areas and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I was impressed by how honest and reasonable the service was. I would definitely come back again.

  I came into brakes plus with really really bad breaks to the point where it was unsafe and undriveable . I’ve never been here before and David and Andy helped me so much and made something that was impossible financially POSSIBLE!!! Was able to get my truck fixed and safe and back on the road for the years ahead . I definitely couldn’t have done this without them. I HIGHLY recommend this place. When you get there ask for Andy or David they will make it right! Thanks again guys

  Nothing but an awesome and trust worthy experience whenever I get any work done at this specific location. David and Andy are both great workers who really go out of there way to make sure your car gets what it needs, I really appreciate those two and there honesty and what they do. Highly recommend this shop

  I don’t do reviews often but I have to here. I will never go anywhere else. My first time here the store manager Andy brought me out to my vehicle after a brake pad change and oil change to show many everything else that I need to keep an eye on in the future. There was no pressure from him to purchase anything more, just genuinely showing me my vehicle and answering all of my questions. I told him financially I would probably not be able to work in a lot of things immediately. He then printed out a sheet with all of the services I will need in the future, put them in a list of priority for me so that I could break up my services over months at a time so I don’t have to pay for things all at once. My second time here they were really backed up with vehicles. Even though my appointment was at 9 they hadn’t been able to get my vehicle in for a while. I asked about timing on the service and they said they would be getting my truck in asap but they are extremely behind. Instead of just leaving it at that they proceeded to offer me a Lyft ride back to my place due to it taking much longer than originally expected. I couldn’t be more happy with their customer service.

  Had a not so good experience. Took my car in to have the rear shocks replaced which have a lifetime warranty was working with David. They had it all day. He called and said they couldn’t get the bolts off and wound need to have my car overnight night. Took it back on a Friday and left it overnight night . Got a call Sat after they had it all day on Sat and he told me they still couldn’t get the bolts off and he needed to get a tool to take it off which he had to order. I had to call back to see if he got the tool which he did and told me to bring my car back but would need to keep it overnight again. Took it back on a Friday and left it overnight. He called on Sat and told me they still couldn’t take the bolts off without damaging the struts and told me it would cost $1400.00. Originally the price was $150.00. Of course I didn’t do it. Took my car to another Brakes Plus and they were able to get the bolts off and replaced the shocks and only had my car for one day!
