- DMdavid mayJun 23, 20251.0We contracted with them back in 2018. Multiple hikes in price through the years. Fine. We NEVER missed a payment. We wanted to remove our camper from storage and they placed a CINDER BLOCK preventing us from moving it. After HOURS of conversation, ultimately saying we were contacting the police for them stealing our camper, we were able to remove our camper. When I called them today to make sure we were never getting billed again, DEBBIE told me she didn’t want to have this conversation and hung up on me. Be careful with this shady place. I would NEVER recommend it. They tried to steal our camper because it was not being moved a lot, but continued to bill us for storage. Disgusting and disappointing. Debbie is the WORST at customer service.😩

A found a located closer to home and moved my camper . They owe me 80 dollars and won't return my emails .

The girls in the office are super helpful and pleasant. Its conveniently located right off of 1-25. We highly recommend High West!
