  Had a great experience, Hayden came out to replace the windshield in our new vehicle (thanks Mr Jeep who threw a rock at us). He was great, professional & really nice! Everyone made it real easy to get the windshield replace, highly recommend!

  They scratched both the dash and console unit somehow when installing my new windshield..... I'll be seeking repair for these damages or taking it to small claims. They also removed my stickers and didn't put them on my new windshield or give them back to me.

  Safelite sucks. Did a windshield repair and it looks as if nothing was done. Charged me $213, took the guy literally 10 minutes to put some superglue into the Crack. I could have done that for $5. Everywhere I see it takes over an hour to repair a crack and when they are done you don't see no cracks or anything. I could have gone to Autozone and got a windshield repair kit for $20. I could have done a better job myself, but I thought, Safelite repair, Safelite replace. Safelite will do a great job with a repair..... NOT! so very disappointed in this place. I will never recommend a windshield repair at Safelite.

  I had my front windshield replaced by Safelite last week. The glass itself looks great, and I have no concerns with the quality of the windshield. However, I do have an issue that I’ve been unable to resolve directly. I’ve called twice and have not received a return call, which is why I’m posting here. During the installation, the cover for the windshield-mounted ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) camera behind the rearview mirror was damaged. It is now broken, sits loosely on top of the mirror, and rattles while driving, creating both a distraction and a safety concern. The damage was not mentioned to me at the time of service. Additionally, the seat covers left in my vehicle were not removed. I’m happy to return them, but I would expect coordination on your end rather than having to take additional time out of my day to resolve something that should have been handled during service. I would have much preferred to resolve this directly, but at this point I need assistance. Please have someone contact me so we can address the damage.

  I called Friday afternoon about 4:00 or 4:30 for an appointment together my windshield replaced on my jeep lady on the phone made it for 4pm Saturday . When I got to the store to light bar off before appointment, I checked in stepped outside and about 10 minutes later employee walked out saying your going to be mad at us we sold your windshield go talk to the manger. Went to talk to the manager to see why they just sold the windshield for my jeep when my appointment was at 4 she rudely responded well your appointment wasn’t made till the afternoon so it happened she didn’t care at all that they sold it or that I made the appointment that day because I need to got out of town Monday or that I drove from fort Lupton said only thing as he can do is set me another appointment for Monday either in Durango or with them in Thornton so either place from where I’m at or would be going because you sold my windshield is 1 hour to 1.5 hour away had no response to that she just ask what time and what shop. As I was leaving an employee says to another he’s all mad that’s his fault he should of made his appointment earlier excuse me you shouldn’t have sold the windshield for my appointment or made sure you had what you need for my appointment manager an employee were rude an don’t care who they inconvenience made the appointment back there on Monday I guess I’ll see if they will have the windshield again Monday
