  3/25/26 about 2-230pm Probably the least nice of the QT stores ive visited. Window wash was full but all the brushes were either missing or broken (Ladies) Bathroom, esp the floor was disgusting afff. The store lay out is really confusing. With the pumps being off to the side customers are entering through the side door, not the main door and it's a maze to get to the beverages/food. The store was very busy at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Upon entering the store I was face to face with a floor cleaning robot even though the floors did not look good or clean at all There was plenty of food on the roller grill but it all said that it was not ready. I did a quick check of the packaged produce and it all looked pretty bad. Mushy, possibly out-of-date definitely not consumable There were a lot of employees working, whom I walked past and none of them looked up or greeted me whatsoever. It was not welcoming at all. I worked in the convenience store business for 18 years and everywhere I worked it was company policy that you had to greet your customers within so many seconds of them being in the building I guess that doesn't apply to this location Thank you to the older gentleman with the reddish hair who checked me out. He was extremely friendly, had a small conversation with me and he's the only reason I would ever return to this location. A+ for his professionalism and kindness. Probably a strong D- for everything else in this store Get rid of those brown square flooring because they're disgusting. They don't hide any dirt. You guys can do better. Invest the money. Also maybe look into a water softener because the hard water marks on all your products make it look worse than it is. Maybe instead of having so many staff members preparing food or stocking you could have one or two cleaning and keeping up on cleaning the bathroom. Maybe even hire a housekeeper who focuses on the restroom the most.

  I’ve always appreciated QuikTrip for its customer service, competitive gas prices, roller grill selection, and especially the cleanliness of the stores and restrooms. Unfortunately, this particular location was extremely disappointing. The men’s restroom was in serious disarray. It appeared as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The stall roll covers had a visible layer of dust on them, and the overall condition of the restroom was well below the standard I’ve come to expect from QuikTrip. I understand that restrooms can get messy throughout the day, but this felt like a lack of routine maintenance rather than normal traffic. Additionally, during my visit on 2/12/26 at approximately 9:30 a.m., the customer service experience was noticeably lacking. One of the things that sets QuikTrip apart is the consistent greeting when you walk in and the friendly send-off at checkout. That level of service was absent during this visit. This location does not reflect the standard I’ve experienced at other QuikTrip stores across Colorado. I hope corporate leadership takes a closer look, as this store does not represent the brand well.
