  Communication was minimal. Polite but didn't communicate as to what I wanted. I was not asked about the type of oil I preferred. My experiences with other Grease Monkey shops were more accommodating of my questions and options. I'm pretty sure the prices were so high due to the tariffs and the war cutting off our supply chains, but I about fell over when the total was $157.

  Pulled in after a meeting hoping to get in and out quickly. All the boys were very polite and serviced my vehicle quickly! I wasn’t there longer than 20 minutes.

  Scott did my oil change on my Volkswagen and I thought he knew what he was doing but guess not. I brought my car to Goodyear for an oil change and tire rotation today to only find out he stripped the drain plug bad. Obviously he don’t know how to use hand tools nor what tools are to be used which would be a torque not a hex key. I don’t recommend using this Grease Monkey
