  Justin the center manager was extremely helpful. He had to me in and out in less than 20 minutes when I was under the impression it was going to be an hour. Will definitely be using this Grease Monkey exclusively for anything that they can help with!

  This crew over at the 136th location is top notch. Starting with the customer service skills with Andre. This gentleman was above and beyond with making sure I was involved with every aspect of my services. They are very fair with prices. And I highly recommend this Grease Monkey for all vehicle services. On top of it all they are the most friendly crew I could ask to work with. Great job Andre and crew!!👏👏👏

  Today is the third time that I have been to the location that they have redirected me to the location at 120th and colorado. Today the employees stated that they had to reboot the computer system and that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before the computer will be rebooted. I won't bother trying this location anymore but it doesn't seem fair to the other location that traffic seems to be constantly being redirected.

  I got in and out this morning in 15 Minutes. The tech was very friendly and told me about the options but did not get pushy on other services. They just spoke to the why the other services were being offered.

  Absolutely terrible experience. It was my first time visiting grease monkey for an oil change. I took my husband’s truck in as a favor to him. I sat in the very poorly marked “line” of cars and it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to even greet me. When Kam met me at my truck he was rude from the jump. I explained it was my husband’s truck and we wanted the same service as before. He proceeded to tell me it was a 40 minute wait and encouraged me to leave and go to another location. When I told him I would wait he seemed visibly frustrated that I wasn’t leaving. When they refused to honor a discount, I told them I would be leaving and he had me boxed in with another car behind me. He proceeded to LOUDLY tell the customer behind me that was I upset and couldn’t wait. They laughed about it and continued making me wait. When I put my truck into reverse he yelled at me “YOU NEED TO WAIT LADY”. Five more minutes of me being boxed in and he finally had the guy behind me move. As I was leaving the customer that was behind me yelled at me to “learn to wait lady”, which was so rude. The attendant Kam flipped me off as I pulled out of the parking lot. I was literally shaking and almost in tears. I will NEVER be back to any Grease Monkey, ever and will advise anyone I know to not go here. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube where I was met with professionalism and kindness.
