  Alex was amazing. He called in advance to ensure that the branch had a truck that would meet my exact needs and to smooth the rental process, which was quick, informative and easy. The pick-up truck was top-of-the-line at an excellent rate — I wish I could have kept it! Returning only took a few minutes, no hitches. I felt like family!

  Alex A. is top notch! I asked so many questions and had to call back several times because of the nature of my reservation. He was extremely professional, always helpful, and so friendly and welcoming every time. I seriously wish every single customer service experience could be this good! I cannot say enough good things about him. I was very impressed and applaud Enterprise for having such an amazing representative! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  Enterprise staff (Alex A. & Hanna S.) in the Thorton truck rental office were superb. They helped me efficiently make a reservation, accommodated my requests, and delivered excellent customer service. This is my second time renting a truck from enterprise, and their customer service experience, ease of reservation/return, and affordability has created a repeat customer.
