I got there a few minutes after since I assumed noon was the earliest I could pick up the car. So, maybe there is a way to clarify that on the reservation. Anyway, I called the Thornton Enterprise on Grant St and Edgar totally put me at ease. He was kind and told me they'd be happy to honor my reservation. At the front desk, I was greeted with a big smile by Alana, with the reservation and car ready to go. She got me on the road in 10 minutes and made me feel respected and valued as a customer. Alana and Edgar are great representatives of your company! From now on, even though this office is farther from our home, I will use Thornton Entwrprise anytime I need to rent a car.
