- WWw2 days ago1.0This time the service was not completely done as expected and I ask the guy there if you checked my belts and my battery and he says yes but they don't do that because I was watching from inside and you don't right to go out and see what they are doing I think for security purposes, I am disappointed this time because I didn't even see if they put a new oil on my car or not, they was fast but I would like to get full service and pay more if they asked rather than keep asking and get fake answers.

- LWLindsey Wood4 days ago1.0I have had several oil changes at this location. I drive for a living and get them every couple of weeks. The last two were not done very professionally at all. The first unacceptable experience I came close to the end of the day, so I excused it when the tech carelessly spilled oil all over my brand new car engine. They sprayed some stuff causing a lot of steam then said it’s all cleaned. The tech was not new because I had seen him there before. That’s just carelessness. Then the next time was mid day and they were training a new person and the training method was concerning. This kid also spilled oil all over my engine as well as not knowing how to remove or replace the oil filter. I asked if someone else could complete my service as this is a new car and they straight ignored me and continued to let the kid make mistakes on my car. I am absolutely done with location and probably valvoline all together but I wanted to share my feedback in hopes that someone will address this issue. My service was not professional at all and I am more than disappointed. I had already stopped allowing them to touch my tires a while back because I always lose a valve cap and that’s just annoying. I honestly think you can do better for the price you charge people!
