They happily said they cleaned it up and fixed it. No more than 20 miles later the filter was leaking again. The Berthoud location was able to seal it up. Just three days ago I go to the Thornton location and explained my previous 3 visit issue with valvoline. Thornton reassured me they would do it right. Yet again I found myself with a leaking filter when I got to fort collins. Fort collins location ran a garden hose through my engine bay to rinse out the oil after they claimed the filter was tight. Never again will I use any valvoline location. Very unqualified personal. I ended up removing my own skid plate and putting in a new o ring. Why valvoline?
