I only took off one star because when they printed off my sticker for the preventive maintenance reminder, it was for 3000 miles from now which makes absolutely no sense for a hybrid vehicle with full synthetic oil. The manufacturer recommendation is 7500 to 10,000 miles. Because everything else was so good, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and count it as an oversight as opposed to trying to drum up unnecessary services for my car.
