- ZBZezzie BearMar 7, 20231.0The front desk clerk Tina charged my friend a $75 late drop fee even though the truck was returned on the same day. He returned the truck to their lot early in the evening at 6pm and because they were closed and didn’t have a night drop box he couldn’t leave the keys. Rather than drive the truck back to the springs at .79 cents a mile he left it and drove a car back in the morning to return the key. They still charged him the late drop fee when the truck was there the whole time. Set up to rip you off.
