  They priced an oil change for my GMC SIERRA 1500, at 217.45. I asked if that was the best price they had and he told me he checked with the manager and that was the price, so I left without getting the oil changed.

  Service was great! Brought my teenagers vehicle in with no oil. They corrected the problem and helped get it back to normal. Definitely bringing my other vehicles here too. Thank you again!!

  Best grease monkey in Thornton and Broomfield. They’re never busy and even if they are, they’re super quick and efficient either way. They did my oil change, and the run down of my car in probably less than 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend this location.

  I went to this location in 06/2025 to get my oil change done. Everything went well, I got the synthetic oil and I went on my way. In October I went into a different location / different company and went to go get my oil changed. They asked me if I went with synthetic last time it got serviced. I still had the Grease Monkey sticker on my windshield so I took it off and showed him. He was shocked that the sticker said they put 5W40 in my 2022 Jeep Compass! He showed me that the car takes 0W20 and said he’s surprised I haven’t been having issues with the car as 540 oil is a diesel oil! I called this store on 11/18/25 and asked the guy who answered if they kept records for every time they serviced a vehicle. He said yes and was able to pull up my last oil change. I asked “and you guys put the right type of oil in my car?” immediately he said “yeah!” I doubled back and said “that oil is for my 2022 jeep compass?” He put me on a hold and came back a few moments later immediately apologizing and saying he didn’t know why they put 540 oil in my car and that none of those guys worked at that location any longer. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. He said he would put in a claim and they would have to send a mobile mechanic to check my vehicle and make sure everything is working well. I have not heard from the mobile mechanic, the store, or claims dept since. These guys either completely forgot or was hoping I would go away. I’m completely dissatisfied with them and fully deserved at MINIMUM a refund for that oil change that was not correct. I am weary of how it may have forever damaged my vehicle. If you care about your car and don’t want to risk permanent damage, DO NOT COME HERE!
