    Angelo, Cam, and Austin were great! My oil change was so fast and they made sure to explain everything to me as they went along and didn’t pressure me to buy extras. They also have a coupon where you get $10 off and they donate $10 to the Adams County Food Bank. 10/10 experience!

    I asked for a couple of things and was treated as if I were the lowest of the low. I know the condition of my car and the engine. It was recommended that I do an engine flush with an 8000 mile engine and I said no and was told yeah, OK. And then witnessing how other customers retreated when asking legit questions just I am not a fan. The majority of the shop was super helpful and amazing. But the dude they had working checking people out was extremely rude with zero customer service skills.

    Angelo is absolutely amazing. Very prompt and courteous. Today when I was not even coming in for service he helped me with my stalled car. Exactly who Grease Monkey would want to represent them.

    Thank you for the new group of people working at the Grease Monkey on Colo Blvd in Thornton, CO. We quit going there several years ago when the manager we really liked retired and were not comfortable with the new people that reminded my husband of "street rats" with a gang member kind of street racer vibe. Not to be disrespectful, just not our vibe. Thank you for opening the waiting area back up and the professional and courteous service today. We appreciate it very much. You have two customers back in this family and hopefully many more after they hear if the changes!
