My worries quickly vanished when I was informed that they in fact did have a vehicle that was in the process of getting cleaned. I ended up needing the rental for almost a month while my vehicle was in the shop. I was able to extend my rental use over the phone rather than having to physically go in. I was back on the road around 11am, and I arrived there at about 10:30am. Karina was very friendly and helpful.
