- KOKari OSep 30, 20251.0I would not recommend Enterprise. I have rented cars almost monthly for the last 10 years from other companies and this was my first with Enterprise and the absolute worst. They didn’t have a car available when I went to pick-up the vehicle. Had to wait 1 hour and 45 mins for them to give me their own office use vehicle that had 67k miles and not in rental condition. I don’t blame the staff as they were kind and tried their best but hearing them on calls trying to find a vehicle while giving up the class vehicle I was to rent to another location was very frustrating and stressful for us and them. Uncomfortable being in the office itself. The 1 hr 45 min delay caused us to hit the mountain traffic we were trying to avoid by leaving earlier and resulted in 5 hour delays missing dinner reservations and hot spring plans. So while almost 2 hours may not seem much to them, it is a big deal when it negatively impacts your short weekend getaway. I wouldn’t risk renting from them again.
