I feel that the team truly cares about me and my car! They even found a warranty extension that my car was eligible for through Honda! I will continue to use them for any vehicle own. - DPDustin Pauley3 days ago1.0I highly suggest taking your vehicle to another location. I've spent more money at this store than I'd like to think about and getting them to correctly service the vehicle I already payed them for was entirely too much to handle. I went back after getting my check engine light taken care of because "Tony" said it had something to do with my traction control coming on. Lies but I did what he said anyhow. When I came back after getting that taken care of, there great and wonderful Manager hands me another estimate for $500 without even putting my truck on the lift to see if anything was wrong. That's how they get you. Keep paying for different thing's until 1 of there suggestions goes correctly smh. Obviously things didn't go well after that because he's telling me my truck needed more work involving more money while my truck was sitting parked in front of there store........ Absolutely unprofessional by all means and on top of everything that guy can really use a class on people skills

From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find an auto shop that makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in the service you’re receiving but they absolutely did. Dustin took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. Shawn made sure everything was handled efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process. Their communication was outstanding, their honesty was refreshing, and the turnaround time was impressive. It’s obvious they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. My brakes will be under warranty and I will feel safe driving my car again, and I felt valued and taken care of. If you’re looking for trustworthy, top-notch service, ask for Dustin and Shawn. Five stars isn’t enough they deserve ten! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
