In my head, brakes/break pads on a Tesla usually don’t need replacing until 100-150k miles and my car only has 34k! Came to brakes plus and they were super nice and cool and they lifted my car and took off the wheel and it ended up being a damn ROCK stuck between the brake disc and aluminum cover… luckily they removed it with ease and no more noise! Got a good laugh and pic from it after.

Toni was the person working on my vehicle and she explained everything that was wrong with my brakes. I understood everything, and she was extremely nice. Shawn helped me check in, answered all my last minute questions and made my experience just great. Super cool guy! I will always come here for all my brake issues, won a customer for life!
