I had a dead battery and Diego helped me over the phone before I ever got there and then removed my old battery. Replaced my new one and had me out of there in record time but that's not the best of it. Diego did it with a smile on his face like he liked his job and likes taking care of customers. I'll never shop anywhere else!
- SSScottJan 29, 20262.0Been going to this particular AutoZone for years, and to be honest, it isn't what it once was. Recently, my son needed a new battery for his Jeep. He went to AutoZone right after they opened, but there was no one there except the backroom person. The front of the store folks hadn't shown up yet. Originally the guy told him he had to wait to get his battery tested, but then he took pity on my son and tested it. Said that the battery failed (we knew it would). No one was there to sell him the battery, so he went home and came back a few hours later. When he returned, the guy behind the counter told my son that they don't install batteries on Jeeps because there's an extra bolt and it would take 20-30 minutes. They are the ones who installed the last battery in this Jeep a few years back, so I guess it's a new policy. My son left, went to Advanced Auto Parts, and the guy said no problem. He sold my son the battery and installed it in about 2 minutes. He even mentioned that the previous battery was installed incorrectly. This experience, coupled with the installation issues from last time, has cost that store the business of myself and all my sons.

The two guys working were friendly and informative. The car was towed by AAA. We traveled to the airport with Uber. This staff was the anchor which significantly helped us in our "stranded situation."
