- TRTRip RDec 14, 20251.0Worst help from the morning crew at this establishment very lazy during morning I ask to get a new battery after I gave them my dead battery and they did not want to do there job to help I was stuck stranded at there establishment they wanted me to wait just to get a new battery for an HR I have a three year warranty and the women there was saying I had to buy a new one so I recommend don't coming here because after they charged it for an hr so it could show on there screen and when they did I asked to trade out this battery they lied and just gave back the same battery I wanted to trade them for new with my warranty and now my car is stranded again because they lied and gave back the battery that they charged for just an hr and just said it was a new battery so they really don't like people with a warranty they are very prejudice there in the morning you have to be know them just to give you good service so now my vehicle is dead again after they said they gave new battery and my car has a new alternator so that ain't the problem so thank you all for hearing me out and God bless.

Extremely poor choice for a manager who has been with the store for less than a year. She does not know that denying a refund for a part that was installed does not apply when the part is DEFECTIVE.
